In the tradition of the impressionist painters, I take my easel On Site. I work fast and complete the painting in 1 to 3 hours. My goal is to capture the spontaneity of a scene. I also do on site sketches, which I usually complete in about 45 min. Here are some of my paintings and sketches done outside the studio.
